The ScootAbility service offers the free short-term loan of Personal Mobility Vehicles (PMVs) such as scooters and power chairs to residents (aged 16+) of Camden and Islington who have a mobility impairment.
Taxicard
The Taxicard scheme provides a limited number of subsidised taxi journeys for disabled people with severe mobility impairments that make it difficult to use public transport.

Transport for Adult Social Care provides door-to-door transport for people requiring day care to and from the Centre they attend.
Disabled Drivers’ Assessment Scheme
The Disabled Drivers’ Assessment Scheme pays for the driving assessment for disabled people who may require adaptations to their vehicle or a specialist assessment of their suitability to drive following an accident or injury.
Non-emergency patient transport
Non-emergency patient transport provides ambulance transport to stretcher bound, wheelchair or walk-on patients to and from hospital, doctor or clinic appointments.
